Acts 21

Acts 21
“When the seven days were almost completed, the Jews from Asia, seeing him in the temple, stirred up the whole crowd and laid hands on him, crying out, ‘Men of Israel, help! This is the man who is teaching everyone everywhere against the people and the law and this place. Moreover, he even brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place.’” Acts 21:27-28
From the beginning, Paul was faithful with the mission that God had appointed him. From the time of his youth, he learned the Torah. When he was older, he was trained in the school of the pharisees, where he likely learned and mastered the art of debate and defense of the law.

Because they were not able to find fault in his testimony, nor a flaw in his teaching, his detractors resorted to false accusations. This ultimately led to Paul’s imprisonment. Little did Paul know, God was training him for this very moment.

The Bible says that the world is at enmity with God. And if you’re going to follow the Lord, the world will bring tribulation to your doorstep.

Soldier, be prepared for the enemy for “he’s a roaring lion waiting to devour you.” If you choose to not shrink back but instead shine bright for the Lord Jesus, you have to expect for the lion to come; for he desires to consume you.
